What do I need to do in order to integrate the Spirit docs (generated by Quickbook) with Boosts overall doc page (i.e. http://www.boost.org/doc/libs/1_41_0/doc/html/libraries.html)?

That's just the table of contents for the combined boostbook documentation for several libraries, so it doesn't include any libraries whose documentation is built separately. Daniel
