Normally you add it to libs/libraries.htm, and then I copy the details to the site. We normally sort out this stuff before the library is merged to release. I'll take a look at the library soon, but you might want to check out: https://svn.boost.org/trac/boost/wiki/ReleasePractices/ManagerCheckList#NewL...
