[boost] [filesystem] wpath_traits missing BOOST_FILESYSTEM_DECL

Hi, In Boost 1.34.1 the wpath_traits class misses BOOST_FILESYSTEM_DECL declaration and thus cannot be used with boost::filesystem is dynamically linked on Windows. Is this a bug or it's me who misses something? -- Alexei Alexandrov
