I'm not sure the authors of those papers read the Boost lists, so you might want to mail them directly. I believe their email addresses are in the papers. Of course, there may be value in discussion on the Boost lists as well, especially if we want a Boost implementation of the final proposal. But I think that is a different discussion than you are looking for right now. -- AlisdairM
