The following platforms have a large number of failures: intel-linux-9.0

At this point, most of failures come from intel-linux-9.0, because: - Boost.Build passes -Wl,-h flag when linking - Intel linker for some reason does not like it I'm gonna look into this today-tomorrow. - Volodya
