[boost] Review Request: Boost.Process

I would like to ask for a formal review of Boost.Process (draft version 0.4). * The source code can be found in the Boost Vault (search for process.zip or click on <http://www.boostpro.com/vault/index.php?action=downloadfile&filename=process.zip>).
