[boost] For those who have/know well the g++ 4.3.0 library

Hi, looking at the trunk regression report for dynamic_bitset, there's a stream inserter failure on gcc 4.3.0 which puzzles me :-) It's on Sandia-gcc, and happens only when -std=gnu++0x is absent. Any clue? -- Genny
