All, tjackson == bigfaceworm (just trying to reduce chances of spam) I just posted to c.l.c++.m b/c I wasn't sure it was appropriate for boost. Most all the boost correspondence is about such higher level issues that it didn't feel worthy. But I am interested in the "best" way to solve this. Since I read boost@lists, follow-ups to c.l.c++.m are not strictly necessary.
