[boost] Track system Connection failing

While connecting to the Trac system https://svn.boost.org/trac/boost/newticket I'm getting svn.boost.org uses an invalid security certificate. The certificate expired on 16/02/2013 17:02. The current time is 16/02/2013 17:25. (Error code: sec_error_expired_certificate) Could others confirm this behavior?
