[boost] [thread] patch for FAQ entry why no void* parameter

Hi! The attached patch adds an entry to the FAQ for Boost.Thread why it doesn't take a void* or anything similar like other threading libraries do. On a related note, that file is a mixture of tabs and spaces used for prettyprinting. Uli
