The original 1.36.0 schedule called for branches/release to be closed for routine bug fixes on Thursday, July 3. Because of the Fourth of July holiday in the US, that closing date is being moved to Monday, July 7. Thus developers can still commit routine bug fixes through the weekend. --Beman
