[boost] [test] regressions in vc-6_5

I'm afraid the recent restoration of previous workarounds in Boost.Test code to cope with MSVC 6.0 is not complete: boost/test/impl/unit_test_suite.ipp needs to be reverted to v1.11 to eliminate regressions like this: http://tinyurl.com/etpcg I can do this myself if given permission.
