[boost] program_options not detecting invalid options

Not sure what's causing it, but here's what happens: /Test9a --doCancel=0 -e 3.5 --ampl1=0 --ampl2=-300 --freqStep=1.563e-4 --randomFreq=0 --cheatFreq [program running with no complaint...] But --cheatFreq is not a valid option.
