[boost] [mpl] Request for permission to merge a minor change to release

Hi all, I just noticed a missing include in boost/mpl/has_xxx.hpp and committed a fix to trunk. https://svn.boost.org/trac/boost/changeset/64144 May I please merge this changeset to release? Daniel Walker
