I've upload the documentation to the beta site. (Unfinished) release notes are here: http://beta.boost.org/users/history/version_1_48_0.html They're normally linked to from the beta home page, but not at the moment because I'm half way through changing things. There are a couple of broken links where the link is hard-coded to a particular version. I'll look into fixing that later, but for now you can edit the url yourself; replace /1_48_0/ with /1_48_0_beta1/ and it should work.
