[boost] [random] uniform_real & uniform_01: is the implementation still buggy?

Hi, These two classes are marked with the following note: "Note: The current implementation is buggy, because it may not fill all of the mantissa with random bits." What is the practical effect of this bug? Are there any plans to debug it? Thanks -Thorsten
