I googled and found out that its a bug in the boost 1_32_00 version of boost but could not find anything concrete except to upgrade to the next version.
I cannot upgrade because 1_32 is already used in many parts of project and i have to go through a long chain of approval.
1.32 is twelve or so releases and three plus years ago. I doubt anyone will be willing to dig into a problem that old. You might want consider getting some paid support if it is really all that important to stick with 1.32. --Beman
