If Boost authors would like to skim these for the usual SNAFU's that would be great. Otherwise I intend to release the final PDF build at the same time as Boost-1.41.0.
Thanks for this. Would it be possible to build the docs for the new Spirit V2.1 as pdf as well? All previous issues should have been resolved.
Ah, missed that, I've updated the zip with the spirit2 docs.
