Not for the trac tickets in historical entries.

I've tried writing a small chrome extension which creates links for the subversion tags (e.g. [SVN r1234]) in Github and bitbucket. It's at:

This is nifty. Maybe someone should turn on the source browser in trac. And maybe you’d also like to rewrite ticket references in commit messages that appear on GitHub, like this one: https://github.com/boostorg/smart_ptr/commit/6eefc6bf81a0edef950e3582a06826f... ?
