[boost] [gsoc18] Project - Add statistics and machine learning functions

Hi, I'm Anagha G. I'm pursuing 2nd year Bachelor of Engineering in Information Science and Engineering in R.V College of Engineering, Bangalore, India. I'm interested to work on a project to add statistics and machine learning functions to Boost.uBLAS. I've a good knowledge in Statistics, data visualization and Machine Learning. I've also learnt C++ and use it everyday for projects and academic assignments. Please let me know further details about finding a mentor and also how I should submit my competency test.
