AFAICS, Intel C++ 9 was released after the required toolsets were defined. There isn't a free Intel C++ 9 version for Linux, yet (it's scheduled for August, according to Intel).
Yep. Just like Apple's GCC 4.0 for Tiger, it came too late in the cycle to introduce without pushing the release back. Doug
