The script isn't that smart, but it probably could be. Please feel free to improve boost/tools/regression/xsl_reports/email_maintainers.py, which is used to generate these e-mails.
What happened to the buildbot setup that was once talked about ? It has a number of interesting features, and should be able to do a very fine job here. Regards, Stefan
