[boost] CodeWarrior and alignment_of (help!)

Some of the Graph tests are failing on CodeWarrior due to some strange interaction within alignment_of, where it doesn't like mpl::size_t. I don't have the compiler to test on :( Here's one example of the failures: http://tinyurl.com/4dapg Doug
