[boost] [mpi][type_traits] BOOST_BROKEN_COMPILER_TYPE_TRAITS_SPECIALIZATION macro missing

      This macro was used in Boost.MPI, and it seems to no longer be defined in 
the Boost trunk, leading to compiler errors.  Was it removed on purpose, 
and what should be done with the call to it in 
?
