I agree that "fixed" must be reserved for when the issue hits a Boost release.
Until trac is fixed/changed unfortunately the things are going to stay as is. I am putting trac number into commit message when the specific changes are actually committed. Single commit which is going to be used to move things from develop to master is not a good fit for the "fix revision". I am fine with adding some track numbers to this commit which would mark these tickets as "released", but this is not possible at the moment AFAIK. Gennadiy
