Until trac is fixed/changed unfortunately the things are going to stay as is. I am putting trac number into commit message when the specific changes are actually committed. Single commit which is going to be used to move things from develop to master is not a good fit for the "fix revision".

Gennadiy, I might be mistaken, but in Trac, you can either say: Addresses #100 or Fixes #100 The former adds a comment to issue, so keep everybody updated.
