[boost] [geometry] fusion adapt is missing

Hi, follow code in libs/geometry/example/c09_custom_fusion_example.cpp : #include <boost/geometry/geometries/adapted/fusion.hpp> #include <boost/geometry/geometries/adapted/fusion_cartesian.hpp> But, this header file is missing.
