Yes. I couldn't figure out how to directly pass value, rather than type, parameters to class templates... I can't tell if I missed something or if it's just not possible (I suspect the latter, but read on).
Not supported by the library; you have to use wrappers.

If you could be more specific about what you found missing from the docs, that might help.
