[boost] [Regex] build bug: Makefiles contain old version number (1.38 vs 1.39)

Hi, It seems as if the regex library makefiles have not been updated in the 1.39 release. Files like <boost>/libs/regex/build/gcc.mak and vc71.mak create libraries with version number 1_38 instead of 1_39. Regards, Harald Csaszar
