If you submitted [1] your proposal to GSoC site, then it will be received and it will be reviewed. Don't forget to mark it as Final as on March 31 at 18:00 UTC is the Student application deadline [2]. FYI, you submitted your proposal late, near the deadline, so you may not expect any comments to your draft. You should have start discussing your proposal a month ago.
