This is only a request (not the start of the review). The review will take place another time (who decides when I don't know; looking at the schedule at http://www.boost.org/community/review_schedule.html I'm afraid it will take longer though :-/).
There is no reason for that. As soon as you find a review manager and you propose a date, the review wizardqs will see if it is convenient. So the first thing to do is to find the review manager. Best, Vicente
