Boost.DLL is ready to appear in next release of Boost. Please, merge the DLL related changes into the master branch of boostorg/boost (changes for the develop branch were merged here: https://github.com/boostorg/boost/pull/94).

It would go much faster if you provided a PR that does the merge. As otherwise you'll have to wait until one of the release managers has time to cherry-pick that. If you do that PR please note that the submodule commit would have to be to the latest master of the DLL submodule.
