[boost] [build] BBv2 doesn't honor --builddir option

[Maybe this belongs on the boost-build list?] On the boost RC_1_34_0 branch, building with the --builddir option doesn't actually use that option. The option is still documented in the output of 'bjam --help'. Either the documentation should be fixed or the option should actually be honored.
