The correct path is <archiver>"\"C:\\Program Files\\LLVM\\bin\\llvm-ar.exe\"", but indeed, then it still doesn't work, without it, it does. <rc> too.
rc, the resource compiler, are you sure that's not a valid Windows-thing? I did get to compile some 35+ libs, that excludes mpi and python.
