The link from boost.org hasn't changed, so I understand the problem lies in meta-comm.com.
Fixed. Thanks for reporting this. Due to huge size of generated output we are serving boost regression result pages using custom script from zip archive. I broke it this weekend while making some doing long due performance tweaks. -- Misha Bergal MetaCommunications Engineering
