[boost] Boost.Iterator and const-qualification of value_type

A side note in iterator_facade docs says that the standard requires that an iterator's value_type not be const-qualified. I've skimmed through the std and, though this requirement seems reasonable enough, I haven't found any excplicit statement about it. Clues? Joaquín M López Muñoz Telefónica, Investigación y Desarrollo
