[boost] [python] [BBv2] Solaris doesn't need -lutil

http://tinyurl.com/ftcyb I believe -lutil is needed for openpty on Linux, but there is no -lutil on Solaris and probably other OSes. It looks like this falls out of a change to tools/python.jam from yesterday. Can't we just do what Martin suggested and just use Python's distutils configuration to generate the library list? It seems like Cygwin would be the only special case then.
