You need a specific font installed, I believe, called "Denmark". I though this is in SVN, but cannot immediately find it.

Just saw this. I'm happy to do it, but you were having so much fun! Are you sure you want me to do it? It's really easy! If I do it I can make them available on my web-site but someone else with svn access will have to add them. I have wiki access but not svn access and don't particularly need it since I'm not doing any boost development. Patrick
