[boost] [1.55][Math] Are we still open to patches?

Are we still open for patches for 1.55? If so I'd like to merge the patch for the issue raised here: http://boost.2283326.n4.nabble.com/Boost-1-54-0-boost-math-sph-bessel-n-x-cr... now that the tests on Trunk have cycled. Thanks, John.
