This has happened numerous times before. Can this be fixed, not only now but permanently ? Surely there must be some way of determining why the zipfile format has a severe error and preventing this in the future.

Every time I try and replicate this it works (and temporarily fixes the problem as a side effect). So it's been, so far, impossible to determine the cause of the problems.
