Since the last borland fix the ios_state_unit_test is failing for _every_ toolset on the release branch. Please revert the check-in or fix it. Markus <rant> PS: Why do this sort of errors happen? I would think that anyone checking in something on the release branch keeps an eye open if this is causing major breakage. </rant>
