[boost] [mpl][documentation]bug: refmanual/protect.html typedef without identifier

      http://www.boost.org/libs/mpl/doc/refmanual/protect.html contains:

typedef bind<_1, protect< bind<f,_1,_2> > >

which contains no 'identifier ;'.

OOPS, I missed the FIXME at top of example.

However, putting that FIXME in read would help
other's see it.
