Looks like library_status.cpp has not been updated for filesystem V3.
Also, there are changes to trunk's collect_and_upload_logs.py, process_jam_log.cpp, regression.py, and run_tests.sh that have not been merged to trunk.
These are a bit unfortunate, but are they showstoppers? My vote is no, they aren't.
My vote is also no..
