I pretty much asked asked the same question in some other thread and got the same conclusion.
Unless you are still arguing that he can, we have nothing further to argue about.
The only point I was trying to argue is that there might be some valid use cases for runtime testable compile time concepts for the purposes of unit testing. Gennadiy
