They're normally linked to from the beta home page, but not at the moment because I'm half way through changing things. There are a couple of broken links where the link is hard-coded to a particular version. I'll look into fixing that later, but for now you can edit the url yourself; replace /1_48_0/ with /1_48_0_beta1/ and it should work.
I noticed the release notes fail to mention anything about Iterator, specifically https://svn.boost.org/trac/boost/ticket/5697 which I filed and provided patches for 3 months ago (with the help of Dave). I don't know if this patch was ever applied, but it'd be great it if it was...! - Jeff
