We've now branched for the 1.33.0 release. The branch is RC_1_33_0. The main trunk is open for changes, now, but I'd urge everyone to be somewhat cautious while we're dedicating our testing resources to the branch.

Does this mean new libraries can be added now? What exactly should one be cautious about? Regards, Arkadiy
