[boost] [cvs] waiting for lock

      TortoiseCVS, while trying to update a working copy, has been telling me
for more than an hour that it's "waiting for david_abrahams's lock in
/cvsroot/boost/boost/libs/preprocessor/doc/headers/control".

I'm not sure what that means besides me being currently incapable of cvs
update. I'll keep trying for a while.
