Hi Paul, I personally use GCC/Linux, with the libgmp pakaged by Debian (libgmp3-dev). I don't have any warning (even with -Wall) or link errors (as soon as I link with libgmp of course). Barend uses MSVC so maybe he'll be able to help you more than me? Could you show us the list of warnings? Bruno
