There's tools/release/user-config.jam file, that contains some boostbook declarations that can only work on somebody's system. Users are confusing that file with tools/build/v2/user-config.jam. Anybody can explain why we need tools/release/user-config.jam? Assuming nobody will stand up and tell it's really needed within a week, I'll just delete it. - Volodya
