[boost] [bind] mem_fn_eq_test test failure with VC9 in release builds

      When running the Trunk regression tests using VC9SP1 and building in release
mode, the bind/mem_fn_eq_test test fails. Results available @
http://tinyurl.com/6nfm9m.
The same test passes when the tests are run in the default debug mode.
